Returns

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized mobile covers cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
